Renovated.ie is operated by Marketers Ireland Ltd, a company registered in Ireland. We operate a free online grant-checking service that helps Irish homeowners discover which SEAI home energy grants they may be eligible for, and connects them with SEAI-registered contractors and One Stop Shop providers.

3Grant Estimates

The grant estimates provided by our quiz are:

• Based on the information you provide and publicly available SEAI grant amounts at the time of your submission
• Approximate and indicative only — they do not constitute a guarantee of entitlement
• Subject to SEAI’s own eligibility assessment, which may differ from our estimate
• Subject to change — SEAI grant amounts and eligibility criteria may be updated by the government at any time

4Free Service

Using renovated.ie to check your grant eligibility is completely free. We are compensated by SEAI-registered contractors and One Stop Shop providers when we refer homeowners to them.

You are under no obligation to proceed with any installer we connect you with. You are free to obtain quotes from other contractors and to apply for SEAI grants independently.

5Your Responsibilities

When using our service you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in the grant checker quiz
• Only submit enquiries for properties you own or have legal authority to represent
• Not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Not submit multiple enquiries for the same property with false or misleading information
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or scrape any part of the Site or its systems

6Third Party Contractors

Renovated.ie connects you with independent SEAI-registered contractors. These contractors are separate businesses and Renovated.ie is not responsible for:

• The quality of work carried out by any contractor
• Any contractual disputes between you and a contractor
• Any delays, cost overruns or defects in work completed
• Whether a specific grant is ultimately approved by SEAI
• The accuracy of any advice or quotations provided by a contractor

7Intellectual Property

All content on renovated.ie — including text, images, logos, the grant checker tool, and the Site design — is the property of Marketers Ireland Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Irish and EU copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:

• We provide the Site and grant estimate tool “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies in grant estimates or eligibility assessments
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on our grant estimates
• Our total liability to you in any matter arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed €100

9Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms. By using the Site you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in those policies.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes where possible.

11Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
