2What Data We Collect

When you use our grant checker quiz, we collect the following personal data:

• Name — first and last name
• Mobile phone number
• Email address
• County of residence
• Property information — type, year built, current heating system
• Upgrade preferences — which grants you are interested in
• Owner type — owner-occupier, landlord, first-time buyer etc.
• Preferred contact time

We also automatically collect:

• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on Site
• Referral data — how you arrived at the Site (e.g. Google search, advertisement)
• UTM parameters — campaign and source data from advertising links

4Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data with the following third parties, solely for the purpose of connecting you with a relevant installer:

• SEAI-registered contractors and One Stop Shop providers in your county — your name, phone number, county and grant interests are shared with one matched installer
• Google LLC — via Google Sheets (data storage) and Google Analytics (site analytics). Google acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement
• Hostinger — our web hosting provider, who stores the Site and its data on servers within the EU

We do not share your data with any other third parties without your explicit consent. All third parties we work with are required to handle your data in accordance with GDPR.

5How Long We Keep Your Data

After the retention period, your data is securely deleted. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

• Our lead proxy uses a secret key to prevent unauthorised submissions
• We regularly review our data handling practices

Google LLC (Google Sheets, Google Analytics) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Google provides adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can find more information at google.com/about/datacenters/.
